We understand how important and critical it is to be matched with the 'right' Care Assistant(s), whose personality and demeanor, along with their considerable skills will meet the service user's and patient's needs and wishes. We always ensure that both parties are happy, in order that a long-lasting care relationship can develop, providing continuity of care.
All of our care assistants are fully trained and experienced in caring for people who are elderly and frail, suffering from physical disability and mobility issues, palliative care, and dementia, Our Care Assistants can empathise, care, and provide any companionship and support that is required within the home environment.
We will ensure that all parties are happy with each other, in order that a long-lasting care relationship can develop which will provide the continuity of care that we believe is vital. By introducing you to members of our Care team, prior to the commencement of your care package, you will always know who will be coming to you to provide your care.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and are fully insured, with a variety of different care packages to choose from, we are positive that you will be very happy working with us and our team,

All the managers have a wealth of experience, who also provide hands-on care with all the care teams, and who fully understand what we do every day.
The office team always keeps us all up to date with all the patients and service users of any changes on the daily care visits.
The best part is the communication between everyone and the IT software that is in place.
All the staff felt that the Registered Manager was very open, transparent & honest with everyone, Even all the patients/service users commented on the wealth of experience that she has, and how caring, kind, and thoughtful, with every matter.
Another Service User, stated the carers are fantastic to my dad who has care, however they also support my mother with other tasks around the house, they are so caring.
