As a care provider, we are legally required to comply with all relevant regulations and employment laws when delivering care services to our clients in their homes.

​

This means that, at times, care assistants may need to travel significant distances to reach service users. If not carefully planned, this travel could exceed the actual time spent delivering care.

​

With this in mind, we have reviewed the costs associated with providing care, which can vary depending on:

​

• The number of visits per day,

• The duration of each visit, and

• The number of care assistants required.

​

We’ve outlined the areas we currently cover below. However, for clients located outside of our standard catchment area, many have agreed to cover additional travel time and mileage expenses. These costs are paid directly to the care assistant delivering your care.

​

When determining the areas we can serve, we prioritise transparency and reliability. Our reputation is built on delivering high-quality care, and to maintain this standard, we must be able to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes of receiving a call.

​

Therefore, our clients must be located within a 30-minute travel radius for our care team to respond promptly when needed.
