About Us
Our Family Values
Our Family Values Set Us Apart

Over the years, we’ve seen many care providers come and go. What makes us different — and what has kept us going — is that we are a family-run business built on strong values, not just commercial goals.

We don’t see what we do as a business-to-business transaction focused on profits and sales. For us, it’s about people — supporting individuals and families with compassion, consistency, and care. Our approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of those we support.
Corporate Experience, Family Values

Both of our founders — along with their daughters — come from backgrounds in large corporate organisations. However, they’ve never lost sight of the personal, family values that truly matter.

Recognition Belongs to Our Care Team
At CARE4U2DAY, we don’t focus on winning awards — that’s never been our goal. However, when we do receive recognition, it’s a direct reflection of the outstanding care delivered by our dedicated care team.
We believe it’s only right that any success we achieve is shared with those who make it possible. That’s why we reward our care teams in various meaningful ways, recognising their hard work, compassion, and commitment to every service user and patient they support.
Everyone Plays a Role — Backed by Experience

While every member of our team is expected to take responsibility and deliver high standards of care, true excellence requires strong leadership and support.
This is where we excel.
Our management team brings decades of experience to the table. In particular, our founder, who is the Registered Care Manager and Co-founder, was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020 by the Hertfordshire Community Awards Programme, recognising over 50 years of dedicated service in care management.
This level of experience ensures that our care teams are not only supported but also guided by one of the most respected professionals in the field.
Leadership with Shared Values and Hands-On Experience

Our Care Manager brings over 24 years of experience in health and social care and shares the same core values as our founders.

She achieved her RQF Level 5 in Health & Social Care in 2008 and has continued to lead with compassion and professionalism ever since.

What truly sets us apart is that both of our Care Managers remain actively involved in delivering hands-on care. This not only keeps them closely connected to the day-to-day needs of our clients and patients but also earns the deep respect of our care teams and the providers we work alongside.

Their continued presence on the frontline reinforces our commitment to quality, empathy, and leadership by example.
Investing in Our Care Teams

The majority of our care team members have completed the RQF Level 2 & 3, 4, 5 Diplomas in Health and Social Care, demonstrating their dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

We take great pride in supporting our staff to achieve these qualifications and continue to invest in their professional development. This includes access to specialist training and further qualifications, ensuring our teams are confident, capable, and continually growing in their roles.

Award-Winning Care, Built on Relationships
In 2018, CARE4U2DAY was proudly recognised as one of the Top 20 Home Care Providers in the East of England, based on genuine feedback from our service users the previous year. This recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, compassion, and consistency in care.
We believe that strong, lasting care relationships are essential to delivering the continuity our clients deserve. That’s why we take the time to introduce you to the members of your care team before your care package begins. This ensures you always know who will be visiting you — building trust, familiarity, and peace of mind from day one.

Our Mission: Supporting Independence with Compassionate Care
Our mission is to make flexible, hourly home care services accessible to individuals in our local community who wish to remain independent in their own homes but may find day-to-day living increasingly challenging.

We work closely with each individual, their families, and relevant health professionals to design a personalised care package that meets their unique needs. This collaborative approach ensures that every person receives the right level of care and support — delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Personalised Care Matching for Lasting Relationships

We understand how important it is to be matched with the right Care Assistant — someone whose personality, approach, and professional skills align with your individual needs and preferences.

That’s why we take great care in selecting the most suitable team members for each client. Our goal is to ensure that both you and your Care Assistant feel comfortable and confident, allowing a long-lasting care relationship to develop.
This continuity is essential to delivering consistent, high-quality care. By introducing you to your care team before your care package begins, you’ll always know who is coming to support you — building trust from the very start.
