COVID-19 Update: Our Ongoing Commitment to Safety and Care

Despite the evolving nature of COVID-19 in the UK, the virus remains a concern and presents ongoing challenges. CARE4U2DAY continues to prioritise the health and well-being of our patients, service users, and staff. We have proactively maintained a robust stock of essential supplies, including a full year’s worth of PPE, to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.

We are committed to keeping our patients and service users informed about the measures we are taking to uphold exceptional standards of care and safety. Our infection control lead remains in close contact with local health protection teams and is responsible for sharing critical updates with staff, patients, service users, and their families.

CARE4U2DAY continues to follow all official guidance, including the latest updates from Public Health England (PHE) regarding supported living and home care services.

Our top priority is ensuring our care team has access to the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safely deliver high-quality care. We have provided masks, aprons, gloves, and shoe covers as standard, with additional PPE such as gowns, visors, hygiene products, and goggles available upon request.
