Our Care Charter – Supporting Your Whole Lifestyle
Our Care Charter is designed to work in partnership with each patient and service user, ensuring that your care package is tailored to meet your individual needs — not just medically, but holistically.
We don’t simply provide care; we deliver a complete support package that can include:
-
Daily living assistance, such as grocery shopping and housework
-
Support with healthcare appointments and medication collection
-
Local travel to visit family and attend personal commitments
-
Social engagement, including trips to garden centres, swimming, meals out, pub lunches, concerts, or any other events you wish to attend

Our goal is to help you maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life — with care that goes beyond the basics and supports your lifestyle in every way.

We will ensure that both parties are happy, in order that a long-lasting care relationship can develop, which will provide the continuity of care that we believe is vital. By introducing you to members of our care team prior to the commencement of your care package, you will always know who will be coming to you to provide your care.
Our mission is to make our flexible hourly home care services available to people living in our local area who want to remain independent in their own homes, and who find it difficult to manage their day-to-day living. We communicate with the individual, their families, and also their Health Professionals in order to provide the correct care package so that people receive the care and treatment they need.
We understand how important and critical it is to be matched with the 'right' Care Assistant(s), whose personality and demeanor, along with their considerable skills, will meet the client's needs and wishes. We will ensure that both parties are happy, in order that a long-lasting care relationship can develop, providing continuity of care.
