With the recent and ever-changing news about COVID-19 in the UK, COVID-19 is still ongoing and can be challenging to everyone, however, the company has prepared for the well-being of its patients and service users, employees, the company is still purchasing consent supplies for which the company has a years supply of stock.

We are required to update all of our patients and service users our steps we are taking to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional care for you and your loved ones whilst maintaining high standards in health and safety.

The company is keeping up to date with the latest public health and government information about the risk of coronavirus in the UK. The infection control lead for the organization will maintain close links with local health protection teams and will be responsible for circulating essential information to staff and to patients and service users and their families. The company will continue to fully comply with official advice, including Coronavirus (COVID-19): supported living, and home care guidance, published by Public Health England (PHE).

Our first priority is ensuring our current workforce has access to the appropriate PPE (personal protection equipment) to enable them to continue providing the very best care. We have provided access to masks, aprons, gloves, and shoe covers as required. Other PPE equipment such as gowns, visors, hygiene, and goggles, can be requested for supplies at any time when required.
