Our Care Charter
Our care charter is designed to work with all of our patients and service users, to provide the requirements that meet your care needs, however, it doesn't just stop there we do not just provide care, we provide a whole care package that may include your daily living needs like grocery shopping, attendance to your healthcare appointments, collection of your medication, local travel to your family, support with your housework tasks, attendance to social events like garden centers, swimming, meals out, pub lunches, concerts, or any other event you wish to go.

Dementia Care

Palliative care at home allows you to stay in the place you feel most comfortable, surrounded by memories and the people you love. With one-to-one support from a compassionate carer who is experienced in palliative care
Night Care

Night care provides constant, round-the-clock care from 10 pm to 7 am by a dedicated carer who will stay overnight. We understand that being supported by or looking after a loved one with care needs can sometimes be overwhelming.
Companionship care

From day-to-day support – either at home or getting out and about – through to having a valuable confidant for shopping trips or travel, we offer companionship services to suit your every need.
Personal Care

Personal care means anything done that is of a personal nature. This may include tasks that are personal to you, such as bathing, showering, applying creams and lotions, dressing, and toileting – extending to continence management and general laundry, all in the comfort of your own home.
Attendance Care
Our attendance care service is where your carer will attend all healthcare appointments with the service user, plus collections of any medication required
Social Care
While many people consider care to be supported with personal care or medication administration, we also focus on the other tasks many may forget such as running errands, grocery shopping, and support with social activities.
