What areas do we cover

Regulations & Employment Laws

Firstly we are required to comply with all the required regulations and employment laws, to provide such care services to all our patients and service users, within your homes.

  • This will involve that your care assistants may have to travel for many miles to provide such care services, where if not planned correctly they could be traveling longer than the required care durations.

  • With that in mind, we have reviewed the service user’s costs involved in providing such care services, this would be depending on the number of visits per day, the durations times, and how many care assistants are required.

  • We have listed the below areas that we can cover, however many of our clients that are outside of our catchment areas, have agreed to pay the carers travel time and mileage charges, which are given directly to your care assistant who provides you care.

In choosing what areas we can cover, we have to be open and transparent, We have a reputation for providing high-quality care, for which we need to be able to attend any emergency within a 30-minute duration from any telephone call we receive.
