Our Family Values

Over the years, both founders have seen providers come and go, however, as a family business, we are totally different from any other provider. Where we focus on our family values, that we are supporting people, we are not dealing with business-to-business where it is all about profits and sales.

Both our founders and their daughters have come from large business corporations, but have never forgotten about their own personal family values, by running this type of business should not be focused on the same attitude.

We don't focus on winning awards,  if we win an award this is down to our care team who provide such outstanding care to all the service users and patients, with that in mind we reward all our care teams in different ways.

Everyone must take responsibility:

However you need the backing of an experienced management team, this is where we excel, Our Registered Manager was awarded a lifetime achievement for over 50 years of care management experience in 2020 by Hertfordshire community awards program.

With that in mind, our care manager, who also has worked in health & social care for over 24 years, and has the same values as its founders, where who passed her RQF Level 5 in health & social care in 2008.

Still, today both Care Managers have an active role in providing hands-on care, this gains respect from all of our care teams, the clients & patients, plus our providers who we work with.

A majority of all our care teams have studied and passed the required RQF Level 3 diploma in health and social care, we provide ourselves in supporting our care teams to meet these levels, and other specialist qualifications

In 2018, care4u2day moved up the ranks to become one of the top 20 home care providers in the east of England, these were based on feedback from service users received in the previous year.

We will ensure that both parties are happy, in order that a long-lasting care relationship can develop which will provide the continuity of care that we believe is vital. By introducing you to members of our care team, prior to the commencement of your care package, you will always know who will be coming to you to provide your care.

Our mission is to make our flexible hourly home care services available to people living in our local area who want to remain independent in their own homes, and who find it difficult to manage the day-to-day living. We communicate with the individual, their families, and also their Health Professionals in order to provide the correct care package so that people receive the care and treatment they need.

We understand how important and critical it is to be matched with the 'right' Care Assistant(s), whose personality and demeanor, along with their considerable skills will meet the client's needs and wishes. We will ensure that both parties are happy, in order that a long-lasting care relationship can develop, providing continuity of care.

All of our Care Assistants are fully trained and experienced in caring for people who are elderly and frail, suffering from physical disability and mobility issues, and dementia. Our Care Assistants can empathise, care, and provide any companionship and support that is required within the home environment.
